Hello!

I’m Melissa, a.k.a. "Lala." I have loved entertaining ever since our family owned a restaurant in the 1980’s. My husband and I love to cook, and we host most of our family gatherings here in Bethel, CT, where we have lived for 27 years. I have had a long career in the events industry and my husband is an accomplished builder and carpenter.
Last year during a work-related virtual wine tasting, I received a small charcuterie board that paired with the wine, and I fell in love! I began making sample boards for friends and family who all encouraged me to start my own business and that is how Lala’s Charcu was born!

Most Saturdays I will be at the Bethel Farmers Market from 9-1 where you can see our gorgeous teak wood charcuterie/cutting boards (they make great gifts!) and pick up a pre-ordered charcuterie.
